TVG Three-Gate Compliance Standard

Provider eligibility
Is the provider route supported by current official provider disclosures for the visitor's selected residence? Restricted, conditional and unverified routes are withheld from commercial recommendations.
Jurisdictional promotion eligibility
Even if a provider can onboard a resident, TVG separately asks whether a commercial promotion is appropriate for that audience. High-review jurisdictions are held back when local financial-promotion rules, entity routing or approval requirements are not sufficiently documented.
TVG affiliate route
A commercial CTA requires a recorded TVG commercial route. A configured link does not guarantee that every jurisdiction is commissionable; partner terms and final onboarding remain controlling.
Research-first fallback
If any commercial gate is not cleared, the provider may remain visible for educational comparison when appropriate, but TVG replaces the external commercial CTA with a due-diligence route. TVG does not convert uncertainty into an approval.
High-standard jurisdictions
TVG applies additional holds for markets where financial-promotion rules are particularly consequential, including Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Australia and EU/EEA CFD audiences. This is a conservative internal control, not a representation that TVG is authorised or approved by those regulators.
